FMWise provides a platform to discover and listen to radio stations from around the world. We aggregate publicly available radio streams and provide a user-friendly interface to access them. We do not own or operate the radio stations listed on our platform.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use FMWise only for lawful purposes. You may not:

4. Intellectual Property
The FMWise name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. Radio station content, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
FMWise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that radio streams will always be available. Stream availability depends on the radio stations themselves.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FMWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Third-Party Content
FMWise provides access to third-party radio streams. We are not responsible for the content broadcast by these stations. Each station is responsible for its own programming and compliance with applicable laws.
8. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
